We are a small and growing property management company with a focus on smaller stylish flats with character in town centres. The goal is to provide a high standard of living for professionals and students, with easy access to universities, local business and transport links. We pride ourselves in providing a great places to live for our tenants, where style, comfort and sustainability is key for us.

We operate our business with a small number of partners, that provides us with services that allows us to provide a first-class experience to our tenants.

LETTING
We manage and let our properties through our company
TRIVSAM DESIGN LIMITED.
We use partners to support us locally on the ground and provide us with the support we need to make all of us successful.
MAINTENANCE
We have a standard scheduled maintenance ongoing. Our properties are checked once a quarter for any defects or other issues. Once a year we do overall maintenance for gas and electricity.
